PROJECT DELIVERY PROCESS
The project was executed over 45 days with the support of two developers. The process began with restructuring the store on Shopify using the Symmetry theme as the base. Extensive customizations were applied across the homepage, collections, product pages, and static sections such as About Us and Ingredients. Global metafields were introduced to streamline content management and reduce redundancy. Advanced integrations—including Corner Cart, Notify Me, Shopify Flow, loyalty apps, Shopflo, and Judge.me—were implemented to enhance functionality. Interactive product quizzes and Haut.AI integration further personalized the customer journey. The project concluded with performance optimization, code standardization, and rigorous testing to ensure stability and scalability.
CHALLENGES WE RESOLVED
The project involved resolving numerous coding issues left by the previous agency, which had affected both performance and scalability. We optimized the site’s speed, standardized the codebase, and shifted from static content management to a dynamic structure using global metafields. To drive revenue growth, we developed high-converting landing pages and improved the overall shopping experience with integrations such as loyalty apps, quizzes, and Haut.AI for real-time skin analysis. Despite tight deadlines, we successfully delivered custom landing pages and expanded the scope into a complete store revamp that significantly improved sales conversions and revenue.
