Copa De Arbol Resort Website
PROJECT INSIGHTS
The Copa De Arbol Resort website revamp transformed an outdated Wix site—plagued with poor UI/UX, weak content structure, and high customer dropouts—into a professional, conversion-driven platform. Built on WordPress with Elementor and the Astra theme, the new site provides an engaging user experience while aligning with the resort’s premium brand identity.
The website features a comprehensive structure including a homepage, 9 accommodation pages, 15 activities pages, transportation and location sections, FAQs, about us, contact us, and multiple landing pages for special offers. Integrated with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and other analytical tools, it empowers data-driven marketing. Initially linked with the Rezstream booking engine, the site now uses Cloudbeds PMS for seamless booking and reservations.

PROJECT DELIVERY PROCESS
The project was delivered over a 30-day timeline with the support of a single developer. The process began with low-fidelity Figma wireframes to outline the site’s structure and user flow, after which development was carried out using WordPress, Elementor, and the Astra theme. Content from the old Wix site was reorganized and refined to improve navigation and overall user experience. Once the core pages—covering accommodations, activities, transportation, location, FAQs, offers, and more—were built, the site was integrated with Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, and other analytical tools to enable performance tracking. Initially connected to the Rezstream booking engine, the system was later transitioned to Cloudbeds PMS for a more seamless booking experience. The project concluded with thorough testing for responsiveness, usability, and performance before going live.
CHALLENGES WE RESOLVED
The old Wix website suffered from poor design, confusing navigation, weak SEO, and a clunky booking process, which led to high customer dropouts. It also lacked mobile optimization and proper analytics, limiting conversions and performance tracking. The new WordPress site resolved these issues with a modern, mobile-first design, streamlined content flow, Cloudbeds PMS integration for smooth bookings, and advanced SEO and analytics setup—delivering a far better user experience and stronger business results.
